That relationship begins when you are seen in our office.

Any outcomes, timeframes or patient experiences described on this site are examples. Chiropractic results vary with your condition, your history and how closely a care plan is followed. Nothing here is a guarantee of any particular result.
Appointments and the new patient offer
An appointment request submitted through this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. We will contact you to confirm the time. The $45 new patient offer covers a consultation, comprehensive exam and X-rays if clinically necessary; the adjustment is a separate follow-up visit. The offer must be mentioned when you call and does not apply to Medicare, personal-injury, auto-accident or workers’ compensation cases. We may change or withdraw the offer at any time.
Insurance
Any statement about insurance coverage on this site is general. Coverage depends on your specific plan. We will verify your benefits on request, but final responsibility for charges not covered by your plan rests with you.

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it by automated means, or misuse the forms.
