Care that fixes the cause
Headaches from the neck
Many recurring headaches trace to the upper cervical spine. Correct that and both frequency and intensity often drop.
No twisting required
If having your neck adjusted makes you uneasy, the Activator instrument delivers a precise, low-force impulse instead.
Restore the curve
Forward head posture loads the neck every hour of the day. X-ray analysis measures that curve, and postural correction exercises work to rebuild it.

Common questions
Can chiropractic help my headaches?
Often, when they are coming from the neck — tension and cervicogenic headaches in particular. Dr. Scott examines the upper cervical spine and posture to determine whether that is the source before recommending care.
Is there an option without neck cracking?
Yes. Dr. Scott also offers the Activator Method. It uses a small hand-held instrument — no twisting, no popping — and is a good fit if you are anxious about manual adjusting.
What causes tech neck?
Hours looking down at phones and screens flatten the neck’s natural forward curve, which increases the load on the joints and muscles that hold your head up. It is measurable on X-ray and it is correctable.
How soon can I be seen?
Often same-day or next-day. Call (865) 693-1911 — online scheduling does not always show every opening.
